Chad Clemetson has been a partner of NevDex Properties since 1998 and became Managing Partner in 2004. He oversees all leasing, construction, acquisition, development, financing and operations for NevDex Properties.
Chad has extensive experience in commercial real estate. Prior to joining NevDex, Chad worked at a San Francisco commercial real estate brokerage where he specialized in tenant representation. Throughout his career Chad has successfully leased or developed well over 2 million square feet of commercial office space. His experience also gives him a unique understanding of tenant and landlord needs, knowledge he brings to every NevDex transaction. Chad, along with his brother Cory, is an owner of the prestigious Wolf Creek Golf Club in Mesquite, Nevada. Through their leadership, Wolf Creek Golf Club is nationally recognized by Golf Digest as one of the top public golf courses in the country.
In2014, Chad, along with his brother Cory, co-founded the Kids For Sports Foundation (www.kidsforsportsfoundation.org), a 5013C3 Not For Profit charity whose mission is to raise funds in order to help kids play organized sports.
Chad also currently serves on the board of directors and as acting Vice President of Primm South Properties, a land holdings company that owns and operates property in Southern Nevada.
Cory Clemetson has been a partner at NevDex Properties since 1998. Prior to joining NevDex, Cory spent 12 years as a sports agent, where he eventually started his own agency, Intersport Incorporated, based out of Los Angeles. At Intersport, Cory represented professional atheletes in contract negotiations, endorsement opportunities and branding. He also provided strategic consulting to various corporations seeking to reach key demographics through sports.
Cory currently serves as the Managing Partner of the universally recognized Wolf Creek Golf Club in Mesquite, Nevada. Cory, along with his brother Chad acquired Wolf Creek Golf Club in 2003. Through their leadership, Wolf Creek is nationally recognized by Golf Digest as one of the top public golf facilities in the country. Cory oversees all operational matters at the course.
Since 2013, Cory has served on the Board of Directors for the Nevada Golf Course Owners Association as well as currently serving as the Chairperson of the Athletic Leadership Council at the University of the Pacific located in Stockton, California.
In 2014, Cory, along with his brother Chad, co-founded the Kids For Sports Foundation (www.kidsforsportsfoundation.org) where he currently serves as the foundation’s President. Kathy joined NevDex Properties in 2011 and has over twenty-five years experience in finance. Kathy oversees all financial matters for NevDex Properties.
Kathy most recently served as Controller for Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, Washington, where she was responsible for managing all of the financial activities for the casino. Prior to that, she worked for Kemper Sports, Inc. as the controller for Chambers Bay Golf Course in Washington State. At Chambers Bay, she developed and implemented processes and procedures for effective cash management as the course was being developed. During the early part of her career, Kathy worked in the coal and power industry where she played an instrumental role in the due diligence and acquisition of Centralia Mining Company and the adjacent Centralia Power Plant located in Washington State.
Kathy is also the acting Controller for one of NevDex Properties’ affiliate assets, Wolf Creek Golf Club.
Robin came to NevDex Properties in 1998 and oversees the day-to-day management of the NevDex assets in the Reno area. She also is responsible for budgeting, and manages in the financial operations of the company.
Robin brings over 10 years of property management experience to NevDex. She is also an active member of CREW, (Commercial Real Estate Women of Nevada), where she serves on the membership committee. In her career, she has managed over 420,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space in the Reno area. Robin credits her success to the need to listen to tenants, as well as a commitment to maintaining the highest standard of professionalism.
Liberty joined NevDex Properties in 2008 and is our Property Manager. She manages in the day-to-day operations of approximately 420,000square feet of commercial office space in the NevDex portfolio. She manages the tenants and vendors in her daily activities.
Prior to working at NevDex, Liberty spent 7 years at First American Title at their Northern Nevada headquarters office as a lead escrow assistant. In 2003, Liberty was chosen as the Northern Nevada Employee of the Year for First American Title. She was closing over 100 commercial and residential escrows per month worth over $10 million annually. She worked on numerous master-planned communities/developments and is well versed in all escrow transactions including, but not limited to resale, refinances, subdivision, land acquisitions, construction, and private money loans. Liberty also holds a Nevada Real Estate license as well as a Nevada Property Management license.
Liberty’s experience and understanding of excellent customer service and close client relationships has made her a true asset to NevDex Properties.
Jessica joined the NevDex team in September of 2015 as Assistant Property Manager in which she assists in the day-to-day management of our 420,000 square foot portfolio. She is responsible for tenant communication, initiating and dispatching work order requests to our building engineers and following up with tenant satisfaction.
Jessica brings with her over 8-years of real estate and residential construction experience. Jessica has collaborative experience in both the tech industry and PR/Marketing, offering a diverse skillset to our operations.
