CHAD CLEMETSON

MANAGING PARTNER

Chad Clemetson has been a partner at NevDex Properties since 1998 and has served as Managing Partner since 2004. He oversees leasing, construction, development, acquisitions, financing, and operations across the company’s portfolio.

With a solid background in commercial real estate, Chad previously specialized in tenant representation in San Francisco. Throughout his career, he has leased and developed over three million square feet of office space, bringing deep insight into both tenant and landlord perspectives.

Beyond commercial real estate, Chad and his brother Cory own and operate a number of sports-related business ventures, including Wolf Creek Golf Club in Mesquite, Nevada—consistently ranked among the nation’s top public courses by Golf Digest. They also own and operate several sports facilities throughout Nevada, including The Swift SportsDome, Nevada’s largest indoor sports facility, as well as the NevDex SportsLab.

In 2014, they co-founded the Kids for Sports Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to providing children access to organized sports.

Chad also serves as Vice President and board member of Primm South Properties, managing land holdings in Southern Nevada.

CORY CLEMETSON

Partner

Cory Clemetson became a partner at NevDex Properties in 1998.  Prior to joining NevDex, he spent twelve years as a sports agent beginning his career at the top two agencies recognized globally, IMG and Advantage International (now known as Octagon), before starting his own sports agency, Intersport Incorporated, based out of Los Angeles where he represented many top professional athletes in both Major League Soccer and the NFL. He negotiated player contracts, endorsement deals, and advised several brand companies and professional athletes on how to build their respective brands through sports marketing channels. 

Currently Cory is the Managing Partner of Wolf Creek Golf Club in Mesquite, Nevada, which he and his brother Chad acquired in 2003. Wolf Creek is considered one of the most recognizable golf courses in the United States and has won numerous awards and accolades from leading golf publications including Golf Digest, Golf Magazine and Links Magazine. The course has also been featured in several video games and online platforms most notably, the Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy EA Sports video games. Cory is responsible for strategic direction and all day-to-day operations at the course.

Cory is also President of the Primm South Real Estate company and has held this position since 2018. Primm South and its related companies own several large land parcels located primarily in Primm, Nevada. 

Cory is also the Managing Partner of Clemetson Angel Investments LLC. The company serves as a vehicle for Cory and his brother to make strategic investments in start-up and early stage companies.

Cory also co-founded with his brother Chad the Kids For Sports (KFS) Foundation. He currently serves as the Foundation’s President and has held that role since the Foundation’s launch in 2014. Kids For Sports’s mission is to help kids play sports by removing financial and other barriers so they can experience the positive benefits of participating in organized youth sports. In the first ten years KFS has raised over a half a million dollars and given out over one thousand grants to kids and families in need of financial assistance.

Cory also served as Chairman of the Athletics Leadership Council (ALC) at the University of the Pacific, his alma mater., from 2015-2018. The ALC was an advisory committee formed by the President of the University and Director of Athletics to provide strategic direction and guidance for the University of the Pacific athletics programs, facilities, finance and marketing endeavors. 

Cory graduated from the University of the Pacific and played Division I College Basketball. He and his wife currently reside in Reno, Nevada.

ROBIN CURTIS

Senior Vice President of Asset Management

Robin Curtis joined NevDex Properties in 1998 and oversees the day-to-day management of the company’s assets in the Reno area. She is responsible for budgeting and plays a key role in managing the company’s financial operations.

With over 20 years of experience in property management, Robin has managed more than a half million square feet of commercial office and retail space. She attributes her success to a commitment to professionalism and a strong focus on listening to tenant needs.

LIBERTY POWERS

Sr. Vice President of Property Management

Liberty Powers serves as Director of Property Management at NevDex Properties, where she oversees the management and performance of around ½ a million square-feet of commercial Class A office portfolio. Since joining the firm in 2008, she has led day-to-day operations with a focus on operational efficiency, service excellence, and long-term asset value.

With a strong background in commercial and residential real estate transactions, Liberty previously spent seven years at First American Title’s Northern Nevada headquarters as Lead Escrow Assistant. There, she managed the successful closing of over 100 transactions monthly, supporting deals totaling more than $10 million annually.

Liberty brings a results-oriented approach to property operations, vendor and tenant relations, and cross-functional team leadership, making her a vital contributor to NevDex’s continued growth and client satisfaction.

Jeff Robbins

Chief Maintenance Engineer

Jeff Robbins is a skilled Maintenance Engineer specializing in HVAC systems with extensive experience in maintaining and optimizing commercial building environments. With a strong commitment to ensuring tenant comfort and safety, Jeff excels at troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and system upgrades to maximize operational efficiency.

Known for building positive tenant relationships, Jeff communicates effectively to quickly address concerns and provide responsive service, contributing to high tenant satisfaction and retention. Combining technical expertise with a proactive approach, Jeff plays a key role in supporting the smooth daily operations of the property.

Shanna Monardo

Assistant Property Manager

Shanna Monardo is a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager with a strong background in administrative support and property operations. She excels at coordinating schedules, managing tenant communications, and supporting day-to-day property activities to ensure efficient and well-run properties.

Known for her friendly yet professional demeanor, Shanna serves as a reliable point of contact for tenants, vendors, and internal teams. Her commitment to accuracy, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving helps maintain positive tenant experiences and supports the overall success of property management operations.
